2. About Sharifstone & Use of the Site

Sharifstone is a supplier of quartz, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces, along with sinks and faucets, serving customers through showrooms in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville, Florida. The Site is provided to help you explore our collections, browse live inventory, use our design visualizer, request a quote, and connect with our team.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display our slab designs, colors, patterns, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, natural stone (including marble, granite, quartzite, and soapstone) is a natural product, and manufactured quartz and porcelain surfaces can vary from batch to batch. Actual veining, color, and pattern may differ from the images shown on the Site, and we recommend viewing slabs in person at one of our showrooms before finalizing your selection.

Product availability, slab sizes, and lot numbers are subject to change without notice. Live inventory information provided through our partner platform is intended as a general guide and is not a guarantee that a specific slab will remain available at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Any pricing, estimates, or quotes referenced on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing for materials, fabrication, and installation is confirmed directly with our sales team or an independent fabricator and may depend on factors such as slab selection, square footage, edge profiles, cutouts, and site conditions. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Live Inventory & Visualizer Tools

Our live inventory is hosted on a third-party platform (stoneprofitsweb.com). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of that third-party platform, and your use of it may be subject to its own terms.

Our kitchen and bathroom visualizer tool is provided to help you preview design combinations and is intended for illustrative purposes only. Renderings produced by the visualizer are approximations and may not precisely reflect the color, scale, or finish of the final installed product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the Sharifstone name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Sharifstone and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Forms, Inquiries & User Submissions

When you submit information through a contact, quote, newsletter, or affiliate/partner form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to use our forms to send unsolicited advertising or spam. We may reach out to you using the contact details you provide in order to respond to your inquiry.

Participation in our "Become a Partner" or affiliate program is subject to acceptance by Sharifstone and any additional program terms we may provide upon approval. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation in the program at our discretion.
